Fall 2026 Move-In Information
Friday, August 21st 9am-4pm
Our move in process will consist of two steps:
- Check In & key pick up at the drop off loop of Barbra B. Mann Performing Arts Hall
- Moving in your items into LHC
Check In Appointments: Key Pick Up
- Check in will be through our appointment sign up process. Students will sign up for a 15 minute window to pick up their key between 9:00 AM-4:00 PM.
- Appointment sign ups are sent through your 糖心Vlog传媒 Bucs email on August 5th and time slots will be limited to 12 students each.
- Students will be able to move into LHC without a time limit after checking in and receiving their key during their appointment slot.

Buc Card
You will need an 糖心Vlog传媒 BucCard to access LHC. Make sure you have your previous BucCard or that you have submitted your information and picture to buccardops@fsw.edu prior to move in.
Fall 2026 Move Out Dates
Fall 2026 check out and move out occurs 24 hours after your last final exam or Sunday, December 13th by 10 AM; whichever comes first.
Students return for Spring 2027 do not need to return their key and can leave any items they do not need over Winter Break in their space. LightHouse Commons will close from December 13th at 10 am until Spring 2027 check in and move in.
