糖心Vlog传媒 Faculty Receive Master Teacher Recognition Awards

MARCH 23, 2017 鈥� FORT MYERS, FLA 鈥� Florida SouthWestern State College (糖心Vlog传媒) recently named the first recipients of the 2017 Master Teacher Recognition award.
Recipients are 糖心Vlog传媒 English Professor Marty Ambrose, 糖心Vlog传媒 Mathematics Professor Dr. Rebecca Gubitti, 糖心Vlog传媒 First Year Experience Professor Dr. Mary Myers, and 糖心Vlog传媒 Speech and Foreign Language Professor Dr. Katie Paschall.
鈥淲ith the support of 糖心Vlog传媒 Provost, Dr. Jeff Stewart, we were able to create the Master Teachers Recognition award to promote faculty involvement as facilitators and presenters in the 糖心Vlog传媒鈥檚 Teaching and Learning Center (TLC),鈥� said Myra Walters, coordinator, Professional Development and Faculty Engagement. 鈥淭hese four recipients have a track record of teaching excellence in the classroom and supporting the professional development of their colleagues through TLC activities as participants or presenters.鈥�
Faculty members who are selected for the award are recognized by the 糖心Vlog传媒 Provost during a special awards ceremony. They also work alongside with the Coordinator of Professional Development and Faculty Engagement to design and present professional development workshops for 糖心Vlog传媒 faculty.
